You are not alone.
Ask any working woman these days how they are doing, and the most common response you'll hear is
'I'm just so busy'.
And I get it.
Your to do list keeps growing, the due dates keep approaching and the more hours you open up for work in your day, the more work appears to fill them.

It's time to do things differently
🙋🏽♀️ Hands up if you want to be the person who 'gets things done' without devoting your entire life to your to-do list and burning yourself out in the process.
🙋🏾♀️ Hands up if you want to learn how to properly manage your workload and your energy so you can leave work on time and spend it with loved ones instead?
🙋🏻♀️ Hands up if you are ready to do things differently, not only for you, but for your family.
🙋🏿♀️Hands up if you are ready to become a role model to others in your organisation so they can see it's not only possible to work less hours, it's better for everyone!
All of this is my daily reality, and I want it to be yours too.
Done, not dusted
6 simple shifts that will have you wondering why no-one taught you these sooner!
❌ This is not about you cramming more things into your day.
❌ It's not about working harder, longer hours or delegating to the staff you don't have (or who are also really busy).
❌ And it's not a one-size-fits-all, 'do it this way or else' solution.
The Done, not dusted system is designed to show you how you can do the right things, at the right time, in the right way... for you. It will:
✅ guide you through key mindset shifts,
✅ lead you through a new way of working, and
✅ help you develop clear systems and habits to keep things simple -
all through the six shifts outined below.

What are you doing when no ones watching? Working from home makes integrity more important than ever. What does it really mean and how do we practice it?

learn to see the world with curiosity, to experiment, to get comfortable with not knowing and be ready to learn and iterate every step of the way.

know where you're going, before you can get there. Dig deep to uncover your 'why' and get really clear on what's important and what just appears to be.

Our most precious resource isn't time, it's energy (despite what you may have heard). How do we work with it and how can we protect it?

breaking bad and making new habits to automate desired and beneficial behaviours. Time to make this as easy as possible.

start to focus on the right things, using systems that work for you. Structure your work to maximise output and minimise your busywork.
This will change your life!
A big claim I know, yet I've seen it happen over and over again. For me, for my team (yes, I have personally put this to work in a government department), for the women who have completed this course - it's a joy to see the release of so many years of stress.
You might not remember a time when everything wasn't go, go, go all the time... but I can tell you, when you discover how to work to make a difference, instead of work to fill the time, you will drop the stress, drop that constant feeling of pressure and instead delight in the questions from your manager and peers 'how are you managing to make all of that happen'?
Is this for me?
This course is tailor made for women in mid to large organisations and government agencies.
If you feel frazzled, overworked, overwhelmed and simply over it... this is for you.
If you feel that just one more thing added to the pile is going to be the straw that breaks the camels back... this is for you.
If you want to end Friday on a high and start Monday with a renewed sense of purpose... this is for you.
What do I get?
By the end of the Done not Dusted course you will know who you need to be, how you need to work and what you need to do so you can stop feeling like you're sprinting on a treadmill - exhausted and getting nowhere.
This is a 12 week virtual course so you can join in no matter where you are, without having to travel or organise accommodation.
It will take 1 - 2 hours of your time each week, so no huge piles or work to come back to at the end of it.
You will get live training, personalised coaching and a supportive community.
We will cover one topic a fortnight so you have time to take what you've learned and experiment with it in the real world - before coming back with questions, lessons learned and ah-ha moments for the group.
