Pciture of a to do list and coffee on a desk with the heading Do you ever think if I just had a few more hours in my day I would finally get everything on my to-do list ticked off?

You are not alone my friend.

Ask any working woman these days how they are doing, and the most common response you'll hear is

'I'm just so busy'.

And I get it.

Your to do list keeps growing, the due dates keep approaching and the more hours you open up for work in your day, the more work appears to fill them.

It can be demoralising signing off at the end of the week and feeling like you've hardly made a dent in your workload.

You might start to feel like you're not good enough, as if everyone else has it figured out but you.

The thing is, filling every available moment with all the tasks that come across your desk is like sprinting on a treadmill - you'll be exhausted by the time you stop, and you'll still be in exactly the same place.

I'm here to tell you, a few more hours in your day is not the answer - and you already know this.

Because if all it took was clocking a few extra hours every now and again, your backlog would already be clear, right?

You wouldn't be trying to find ways to 'Get More Done at Work' or 'Find your work life balance'.

You wouldn't be eating lunch at your desk, or doing the mental math to figure out how much more work you could cram in if you just got up half an hour earlier in the morning, or composing an email in your head while you fall asleep.

Would you?

Unfortunately, for the most part, we're not shown how to do the things that really make a difference. We see the people around us also finishing late and wearing their busyness status as a badge of honour.

With no role models, unrealistic expectations and the pressure to be so busy all the time, it’s no wonder so many women find themselves  making a choice between work and family. Or like one of the women I interviewed for my podcast, completely bed-ridden for 3 weeks every year, simply from exhaustion.

Please listen to me when I tell you – it doesn’t have to be this way! Not only is it OK to want less work and more life...  it's essential.

We both know that your physical and mental health will suffer if you continue to pour everything you have into work like this, if it hasn't already.

But with so much to do, what other option do you have?

Get ready to be

Done, not dusted

6 simple shifts that will have you wondering why no-one taught you these sooner!

The holistic system you need to get things done, without burning out!

This is not about you cramming more things into your day. It's not about working harder, longer hours or delegating to the staff you don't have (or who are also really busy). And it's not a one-size-fits-all, 'do it this way or else' solution.

The Done, not dusted system is designed to show you how you can do the right things, at the right time, in the right way... for you. It will guide you through key mindset shifts, lead you through a new way of working, and help you develop clear systems and habits to keep things simple.

Is this for me?

If you feel frazzled, overworked, overwhelmed and simply over it... this is for you.

If you feel that just one more thing added to the pile is going to be the straw that breaks the camels back... this is for you.

If you want to get back to knowing you're in control, to ending Friday on a high and starting Monday with a renewed sense of purpose... this is for you.

This course is tailor made  for women in mid to large organisations and government agencies.

What do I get?

By the end of the Done not Dusted course you will know who you need to be, how you need to work and what you need to do so you can stop being a stressed out plate spinner and become a calm and in control work conductor.
