It can be demoralising signing off at the end of the week and feeling like you've hardly made a dent in your workload.

The thing is, filling every available moment with all the tasks that come across your desk is like sprinting on a treadmill - you'll be exhausted by the time you stop, and you'll still be in exactly the same place.

You wouldn't be trying to find ways to 'Get More Done at Work' or 'Find your work life balance'. 

You wouldn't be eating lunch at your desk, or doing the mental math to figure out how much more work you could cram in if you just got up half an hour earlier in the morning, or composing an email in your head while you fall asleep.

Unfortunately, for the most part, we're not shown how to do the things that really make a difference. We see the people around us also finishing late and wearing their busyness status as a badge of honour.

With no role models, unrealistic expectations and the pressure to be so busy all the time, it’s no wonder so many women find themselves  making a choice between work and family. Or like one of the women I interviewed for my podcast, completely bed-ridden for 3 weeks every year, simply from exhaustion.

Hey, I’m Rochelle.

I created She Thrives because I’ve walked in the shoes of women who are ambitious, called to make a difference, and yet feeling stuck because they are completely overwhelmed and exhausted. Balancing demanding work responsibilities with personal well-being often felt like an impossible task. As someone who has navigated leadership roles in both private and public sectors, I knew firsthand the toll it could take on one’s health and relationships. 

My journey was filled with moments (and sometimes whole weeks!) where I snapped at my husband, my kids and anyone who got in my way - I felt out of control, and really struggled in amongst it all to maintain my own well-being.

My professional background in psychology and career development provided me with insights into how to do better. In fact I got so good when the kids were young, I even wrote the book! Well, a book, titled Stop Mumpreneur Madness! 5 Steps to Finding the Time for Everything, While Keeping Your Sanity. And it worked great. I was able to run my coaching business, work part time, raise the kids - I was the person everyone said 'I don't know how you do it' to. 

However, it wasn’t until I became a Women-Centered Coach that I truly saw that simply being more effective hadn't solved the problem of being exhausted. Because the more effective I became, the more I would add to my plate. You know that saying "If you want something done, give it to a busy person"? Yup, that was definitely me. 

She THRIVEs emerged from my desire to equip women with tools that empower them to not just work and lead effectively but to do so without sacrificing their health or happiness. Through individual and group coaching sessions, video lessons, and introspective workbooks, I’ve seen women regain control over their lives, reduce stress, and still move forwards in their careers.

It’s incredibly rewarding to witness them move past the very real, and very unconscious limiting beliefs and rediscover their mojo. This program is not just about professional success; it’s about nurturing a balanced life where making a difference doesn’t mean losing yourself in the process.
