You'll begin your journey by completing a deep reflection onboarding process, which will lay the foundation for our coaching sessions, allowing us to tailor the experience to your specific needs and goals.
As a quietly determined woman, you know that true leadership starts from within. With the Accelerate Your Leadership Platinum Program, we'll work together to:
- Discover what you truly want to achieve in the next two years and set the wheels in motion - no more focusing on what you think you 'should' be doing
- Uncover the hidden nature of what's been holding you back, your inner glass ceiing, learned through too many years of hearing subtle and not so subtle messages based on biases and stereotypes

- We start with the 'Set for success' workbook - with reflective questions and self-assessments that bring the kind of insights that shift things before we've even begun
- 6 x one on one sessions, where I will coach and guide you through a powerful process designed to uncover your vision and give you the transformation and tools to make it come true. You will be supported, challenged, and shown your real power. These sessions are scheduled by you - with plenty of days and times to choose from, no matter where in the world you are.
- 6 x intimate and growth oriented group coaching sessions with between 5 and 7 other women who are on this journey with you. This is not some large group where you are just another face on zoom in a sea of faces. It's also not a space where you feel awkward, or unheard. In this group specifially designed for growth and inclusion, you will feel connected, seen, and lifted higher than you can imagine. The time for this monthly session will be agreed upon by the group.
- Ongoing access to a private, online community where you can share wins, challenges and resources as you continue your journey to making your vision come to life.
