Module 1 - Motivation Matters

You can't get to where you're going, if you don't know where that is. And to know where that is, you need to be really clear on who you are first. This module we work through exactly that. We also look at those brake pedal beliefs - the ones that are holding you back and start the process of letting them go for good.

Module 2 - Laser in on leadership

Here is where we uncover what you bring to the table as a leader, and how you can bring the best version of you. This isn't about 'fixing' you like some leadership programs want to do. This is about uncovering your strengths and playing to them, authentically.

Module 3 - Managing your mindset

This is where we get all nerdy with the brain science. We look at how the brain works and what that means from a leadership perspective. We find out that what we think we know isn't necessarily the truth and understand the mindset that is needed to make the most of the digital world we live in so you can be a leader of the future.

Module 4 - Strengthening support

When you become a leader, one of the valuable things you bring to the table is your network. Which is great news, because it's your network that will hep you get to a leadership role. We give you tools and techniques to find the right mentors, sponsors and how to both give and receive support.

Module 5 - Show up to stand out

Now that you have become the best version of you and have build your village of support, it's time to really show people what you are made of. No more being the best kept secret. In this module you will learn why and how you can be visible in all the right ways.
